Hi Greg! TJ here. I received your message on FB and I’d love to be on your podcast. This would be a great way for me to share our story of when we met and how you were my first coach. To this day... the most influential piece of advise I got from you was to be vulnerable: “Tell your truth to the person you’re in conflict with from a compassionate, honest, and loving place within you. They may not like it... they may lash out at you for doing it... and they may leave you as they may need time to process the info you just delivered to them... but in the end, they will respect you more for doing so and appreciate you and the relationship you share with each other.” That advice helps me to be the man I want to be for myself, family, friends, colleagues, and my community. That advice is also wisdom I share with my clients... so your coaching not only continues to have an impact on my life, but also my clients lives.
Greg called me out while I was in a marriage that was out of convenience rather than love. He showed me how to be honest with myself and what I truly wanted out of life but most importantly he showed me that I was being unfair to my partner by not honestly communicating with her. His direct approach was refreshing and his ability to guide me while I made my own choices was powerful. I cannot thank him enough for the path he made me see to live my life and be happy
Greg has been coaching and helping my customers for over seven years. His direct style with practical advice has helped thousands of my male and female clients. He is truly a master of connection and building relationships in both personal and business lives. Most importantly he cuts through the B.S. to get to the problem quickly and produce results. I still consult him on a regular basis
When I first met Greg I was shy and introverted. I had difficulty communicating with people at work, my friends and never had a real relationship. The hardest part was that I was 36 years old and I thought it would change as I got older but it never did. Greg helped me realize that owning who I was and understanding my core values were my strength. Others had ridiculed me for my Catholic religious beliefs and my reserved nature but Greg showed me that by emphasizing these values I would find it easier to relate and communicate to people. Most importantly I finally found my wife and I am now in a wonderful relationship. Thank you Greg for all that you do.
